    Hello,

    During the above window, our engineering team will be upgrading core networking equipment to improve performance and reliability for our LON1 location. We have identified critical software bugs which need to be addressed quickly in order to prevent potential impact, therefore we are unable to give our standard 7 days notice for this change.

    Expected Impact:
    There may be a few minutes of increased latency as well as small amounts of packet loss while we shift traffic to redundant devices. We will endeavor to keep this to a minimum for the duration of the change.

Scheduled Server Reboot (Resolved)

  • In order to continuously provide you with the most secure, stable and performant hosting environment, we have installed the latest version of CPanel 66 and will need to reboot your website server.

    The reboot is scheduled for this afternoon as from 5p.m and can happen at any time between 5p.m and midnight Friday 25th of August 2017.

    The reboot will cause a downtime of about 5minutes.

    If you are on a CloudFlare Pro Plan with us, your website visitors will continue to be served an offline cached version of your website while the reboot is in progress.
