Job Description

• Manages the development projects (planning, task assignment, costs and deadlines).

• Ensures effective communication with management and client(s).
  Validates projects and ensures quality of the delivery, including security and performance of projects.

• Designs and implements templates (or pages) of a site, a web application or a mobile website according to the quality required and within specific time-frame.

• Meets the functional, ergonomic, graphical, editorial and technical requirements of the project as well as the developments standards to ensure greater accessibility, compatibility, portability, scalability of the application/site.

• Tests the application/interface.

• Creates adaptative and responsive websites.

• Integrates pages using tools for content management system (CMS), e-commerce solutions, or development frameworks.
  Can assist less experienced people on the job.

• Defines site objectives by analysing clients’ requirements; envisioning system features and functionality.

• Supports in developing documentation and assistance tools.

• Updates job knowledge by researching new internet/intranet technologies and software products; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

• Supports and develops web developers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities.

• Provide assistance to other team members.

• Manage the client’s business relationship through feedback and provide customer satisfaction.

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
